GOOD MORNING ARIZONA Friday morning August 16, 2002 Six AZJOADs showed up on KTVK, 3TV, on Friday August 16th, 2002. Jessica Grant and Ted Harden II were interviewed by Good Morning Arizona's Dan Davis following their return from the World Target Junior Championship in the Czech Republic. Jessica won 5th place and Team Gold. Ted pointed out that making the US team and competing against the best juniors in the world, will better prepare them for future international competition. Joining Ted and Jessica were National Bowman Champion Mary Frangos, 4th place Jr Championship finisher Sarah Bernes, National Cadet Champion Lindsay Pian and Jr. Olympian team member April Witt. The AZJOADs shot impressively for the cameras with all the arrows stacked up in the gold. For Ted, it was his second time to be interviewed by Dan. Sarah, Ted2, April, Dan, Lindsay, Jessi, and Mary On location at the Channel 3 Garden The segment was arranged by Margaret Beardsley and Kimberly Rockley, producers for Good Morning Arizona. Thank you Fred Grant, George Frangos, Ted Harden I, Juli Witt, Jane Bernes and Janice Price for all the help transporting, setting up and taking down after the three minute segment.
