Straight N Arrow JOAD- has closed

Phoenix, Arizona

Website

Updated 08/06/2008

Thank you Todd and Sammie Hulm

Since 2004 Straight N Arrow's support of the Arizona Target Archery Community has been invaluable. The weekly JOAD program has introduced archery to hundreds of youths and their families.

Straight N Arrow JOAD has also been a stellar achiever at the AZ JOAD Vegas Team Showdown as well as Arizona JOAD championships and Team competitions.

SNA hosted a variety of ABFAA events as well as Vegas style shoots, the AZ JOAD Indoor Championship and the Iron Archer tournament series.

After four years, SNA has now closed.

Good luck Todd and Sammie and the entire SNA family.

SNA will be missed.

Congratulations

Update Aug. 20, 2006

Todd Hulm reports that the second year of SNA JOAD has flown by.

  • The club was started by Doug Witt in July of 2004.

  • Today shop owner Todd Hulm leads the club.

  • The club primarily uses Genesis bows and a typical Friday night has a dozen or two in the beginner’s class and 8 to 12 in the advanced class.

  • “The activity of the JOAD club at the shop has been great...I am very interested teaching the BEST form as the club standard.”

  • Highlights of the SNA JOAD Phoenix club is the AZJOAD Team Vegas Showdown held in February at the World Archery Festival in Las Vegas as well as the Arizona JOAD Outdoor Club Team Championship held near the end of the Spring school semester.

Congratulate Todd, when you see him.
