started its Third 8 Week Session.

Over a dozen youth
archers took part in the Straight N Arrow JOAD
North over a 10 week period on Saturday
mornings.

Coach Heather
Brunelle can be very pleased with the
clubs accomplishments most importantly bring
youth archery to NW Phoenix.

The close of the
first session of Straight N Arrow JOAD - North
included a recognition ceremony and all were
smiles for the group photo.

SNA JOAD North
begins another 8 week program right away.
“A well rounded archer takes part
in both indoors and outdoor archery,”

Heather Brunelle
will lead the Straight N Arrow JOAD at Ben Avery
effort.
Mrs. Brunelle is an ASU Archery All-American
Alumni and certified archery instructor.

influence in my life and I look forward to sharing
the joy of archery with others, especially
children”. |

JOAD targets youth ages 8 to 18 plus family
involvement is encouraged. |

What: |
Intermediate class for youths with their own
equipment.
Beginner class with equipment provided. |

Ben Avery FITA Range, Ben Avery Shooting Facility
Northwest corner of I-17 and the Carefree Highway.
Once on the complex follow the signs to “Archery”. |

a space on a space available basis.
Intermediates
and Advanced: Archers of all ages with their own
equipment are welcome to join in. Come prepared to
be outdoors during warm weather. |

Beginners
$8 each day, pay SNA JOAD Ben Avery at the FITA
range ONLY. (includes club fee and use of club
bows, arrows, and target matt)
Intermediates
with their own equipment
$5 each day. (includes $2 club fee and $3 target
matt use)
Adults with their
own equipment $8 each day (includes
$3 target matt use and
the $5 BASF fee)
(Pay at the FITA field, DO NOT pay at the main range) |

Introduction and beginner youth archery lessons.
Intermediates and advanced archers train and learn
together. |

variety of archery opportunities: |

Ben Avery is ideally situated to provide
convenient access to north Phoenix Metro Area
residents.

The SNA JOAD Central Phoenix and the SNA JOAD
North programs will run separately but the kids
will all be Straight N Arrow JOAD’s and can
become club team members.

Any an all archers with their own equipment are
welcome to train during the intermediate session
