Brady’s campaign “Shoot for the Cure” at the Arizona Cup has raised over $3,300 in the just the sale of wristbands, t-shirts, pledge amounts and donations.  This amount will increase with sponsor funds.

Thank you for taking part in the 2010 AAE Arizona Cup COPARCO nominated FITA World Ranking, Para Archery and Cadet, Junior and Senior US Archery Team Ranking Tournament.  We are delighted that 303 archers, a tournament record, from fourteen FITA member associations competed under the warm Arizona sun.

(Special note to Cadets) an unavoidable change in schedule has pushed back Cadet qualifying rounds into the afternoon due to an unprecedented number of on time registrations received during the last few days leading up to the March 25 deadline.

Online Registration has been closed.

(Space maybe available for Cadets)

We have started a waiting list of those that would like to take part should space become available.

If you are registered but will not be competing, please email info@arizonacup.com and cancel as soon as possible, so that another can take your place.

Want even more competition?  The 2010 Arizona State Championship is a registered Star FITA for Saturday, April 3, 2010 on the same field as the AZ Cup.  Format:  one day 72 arrow qualifier followed by a Set-System elimination round. Guests are welcome.

In addition to being selected as a COPARCO World Ranking Tournament, the 2010 AAE Arizona Cup has just been placed on the  FITA Para Archery Calendar as an International Tournament.

Invitation

For Immediate Release:

AAE Arizona Cup, April 8-11, 2010, Phoenix, Arizona USA 

Individual archers and national teams are invited.  The tournament is scheduled to be the first FITA World Ranking Tournament to utilize the 2010 FITA rules, individual elimination “Set” match scoring system after two 70M ranking rounds.  The tournament is a popular COPARCO and North American event and features USA Archery Cadet, Junior, Adult and USA Para Archery Team ranking.  Three archer team and the new Mixed team rounds are offered as well as Open team rounds for clubs and teams that “form on the field”.   

AAE Cavalier USA and the Arizona State Archery Association sponsor the tournament with USA Archery and COPARCO endorsement.

A wide variety of archers that take part in the AZ Cup including Youth, Para Archers, Olympians, Pan Americans, World Champions, as well as those that come to start the outdoor season with friends from around the world. Tournament Director - Bob Pian, “We are excited to conduct the 21st  year of the Arizona Cup including USA Archery/Easton Sports Development Foundation supported hand held electronic scoring to provide instant results online for World Archery fans.”
