Our goal is to run the tournament timing as close as possible to this schedule, however, weather delays, protests, and/or other situations may arise beyond our control. 

The elimination rounds (OR rounds) competition may extend up to sunset on Saturday April 12, 2008.  If the tournament is stopped before completion, then the current archer standings at that time will be considered final.

Our intent is that as many archers as possible will enter the Elimination Round.  Byes will be granted as necessary. If a category has more than 64 archers, then there may be a cut to 64 archers, to be determined based on total attendance.
